Degree of crystallinity (DOC)

Click on the bottom "Open xy, txt, dat or csv" to open a file with 2θ and count data.

The plot window labeled -⏺- Data, press the left mouse button and drag to select a region of interest.

By default, the linear background is activated and the number of iterations is 20000, but it can be changed. If the user changes to Strip background, it is possible to change the number of amorphous and background iterations.

Clicking on “Strip select region”, the second plot window will show the crystalline (green), amorphous (blue), and background (red) areas separated by the software.

The size of these areas can be changed by the user changing the number of iterations. Clicking on “Calculate”, the software will show the percentage of amorphous and crystalline area. It is possible to save all curves in a txt file.
