PCrystalX is a software to analyze X-ray diffraction patterns

PcrystalX is a software developed to be easy and fast to use. The software’s objective is that the researcher of any area can use several methods to analyze an X-ray diffraction pattern more straightforward.

With PCrystalX software, it is possible to smooth the curve, estimate the degree of crystallinity (DOC), perform a Gaussian, Lorentzian and Pseudo-Voigt fitting on the peaks, fitting data with Caglioti equation, calculate the crystallite size by Scherrer, crystallite size and tension by Williamson-Hall and Warren-Averbach methods.
